for this week focuses on developing a personal systematic and effective approach
to maintaining persistent, continuous heightened sexual arousal. This is the
goal our distinguished institution of learning works tirelessly to instill in

In this lecture, you will learn some specific methods
you can employ to sustain elevated sexual arousal throughout your day. In a
perfect world, a girl could simply diddle

Lecture 4: Fundamentals of Ruined Orgasms

to the fourth lecture in the TD Academy for Girls Intro to Female Sexuality
distance education series. We will be covering a very important topic in
today’s lecture, ruined orgasms; what they are, why they are necessary, and how
to properly do them.

Up
until now, we have discussed edging at length. Edging, like any skill requires practice
to attain proficiency. We understand that when a girl is attempting to learn
how to edge properly for the first time, unfortunate accidents will occur from
time to time. I am of course referring to unintended orgasms.

A girl
continues the stimulation perhaps just one single stroke or one tiny circle of
her clit too many and reaches her point of no return (PNR), the moment where
orgasm becomes unavoidable. We expect that from new students. As long as we
observe consistent improvement and see unintended orgasms with less frequency,
we allow that without intervention. In most cases,
we are confident our freshman students will sort it for themselves with
practice and attain the desired proficiency with edging.

There comes the point with some students, however,
when unintended orgasms continue to occur far too frequently. With some girls, we must intercede for her sake. After
all, allowing a girl to continue experiencing unintended orgasms while trying
to edge can over time destroy her confidence. In this module, you will learn about our preferred method of curing those
who can’t seem to avoid unintended orgasms, the ruin.

What
is A Ruined Orgasm?

A
ruined orgasm is one that just kind of fizzles. When executed properly, you
don’t get the same rush of dopamine which makes it a rather dissatisfying
orgasm that leaves you feeling let-down and frustrated.

If
you’ve heard about ruined orgasms and attempted to research the practice on the
web, it is more than likely you found only
Femdom websites that explained how to ruin male orgasms and little or no information
about how to ruin female orgasms. Even if you enter a specific search term like
“female ruined orgasms” it isn’t very likely you will find anything
but websites that pertain to ruined male orgasms. You may be forgiven for
asking yourself whether female ruined orgasms are even possible. Yes, fortunately,
females can have them just as males can, although,
given the difference in genitalia, there are far more methods available for
ruining male orgasms than female orgasms.

The
only reliable method for ruining a female orgasm is the immediate removal of stimulation at the very instant the PNR is
reached. Timing is extremely critical here. Remove the stimulation an instant
too soon, and a girl may not tip over the
edge at all. Continue the stimulation an instant too long, and she can have a more pleasurable orgasm than desired.
That’s one reason why this course covers edging in depth before introducing the
ruined orgasms. When attempting a proper ruined orgasm on her own, a girl must
be very skilled at recognizing how close she is to her PNR.

How to
Ruin Your Orgasm

Rather
than repeat it verbatim here, I will instead refer you to a paper I published

How to
Know Whether a Ruin Was Successful

Beyond
relying on subjective feelings that an orgasm was dissatisfying and
frustrating, there are other more reliable signs to look for.

Firstly,
muscle contractions will feel noticeably weaker and fewer in number. Second,
you should still feel horny and want to
immediately experience another more satisfying orgasm.

If you
find that your arousal has been sapped and especially when that feeling is
combined with your clitoris feeling so sensitive that further stimulation feels
unpleasant, chances are the ruin was ineffective. In such circumstances you
would have likely had a weak, but more or less normal clitoral orgasm because
you continued the stimulation just a bit longer after reaching PNR than you
should have.

Practical
Exercise

Now
it’s time to put theory into practice by ruining your own orgasm. I have designed
an exercise for you that is aimed at raising your arousal gradually to make it
easier for you to keep track of how close you are approaching your PNR.

The
concept of the task is simple. You will be rubbing your clit in small
dime-sized circles a set number of times and then taking a 20-second break
before starting another series of circles. Gradually more circles will be added
with each series with the goal of pushing your arousal ever higher until you reach
an edge.

Get undressed, so you have unrestricted access to
your pussy and clit. Lay on your back with your feet together and knees apart.
Spend a few minutes warming up to get your natural lubrication flowing.

Once
you are ready to begin the actual exercise, start with 10 circles. After
finishing the tenth circle, take a 20-second break. You may use a timer if you
wish or you can just count slowly to 20 to observe the breaks that follow each
series of circles.

After
the break, rub your clit in a circular motion until you have completed 15
circles, then take a 20-second break.

Continue
in this fashion adding 5 circles with each subsequent series of circles. That
will be 20 circles for the third series, 25 circles for the fourth series, 30
circles for the fifth series, etc. You are free to adjust the pressure and
speed as needed to manage your level of arousal. The length of the breaks after
each series of circles will remain the same, 20 seconds, for the duration of
the exercise.

Push
yourself toward your PNR. Try to get so close to your PNR that when it comes
time to orgasm, the stimulation will have already stopped with you just short
of your PNR, but so close that the momentum of the previous stimulation alone
is enough to tip you over the edge. This is the ideal because continuing the
stimulate your clitoris as you reach the edge and tip over into climax is the
biggest reason why girls often achieve an arousal-killing weak clitoral orgasm
rather than a proper ruin.

Obviously,
at the first instant, you become aware
that you are going to climax, stop stimulation immediately if you are still
rubbing your clitoris. Keep your feet together and knees apart. Resist the urge
to contract your PC, leg, or buttock muscles. Just allow the orgasm to fizzle
and fade away. If you manage to get the
timing close to correct, you will experience a proper ruined orgasm.

Ruining unintended
orgasms is an effective way to help curtail them since ruined orgasm for most
girls is so frustrating to experience. Also, ruining orgasms will allow your arousal
to continue to grow unabated which will allow you to remain true to the motto

Lecture 3: Learning to Ride the Edge

Welcome ladies to the third lecture in our Intro to Female Sexuality distance education series. We are so pleased that you have enrolled in this course here at TD Academy For Girls, where academic excellence, achievement in sports, and unfettered exploration of female sexuality converge.

Our topic today focuses on learning to ride the edge without “accidentally” being swept over the edge and climaxing while masturbating or having sex.

Sadly, at the beginning of every term there is always a parade of some of our resident students standing before my desk in my Headmasters office whining and tearfully offering me excuses for why they simply cannot complete an edging session without accidentally having an orgasm. My response is always the same. I give them the encouragement they need to succeed.

I bend them over my desk, lift their short pleated plaid skirts, lower their lacy panties to their knees, and then apply my polished ash “board of education” to their pale, tender “seats of learning.” Without fail, each girl leaves my office with both a bright red bottom and a renewed sense of dedication to taking responsibility for their own orgasms by learning to edge without having “accidental” climaxes.

PRACTICAL EXERCISE

Hopefully, you ladies have been practicing since beginning this academic term. If you have been edging regularly, as all TD Academy good girls are expected to do, you should all have a better idea of what it feels like when you are approaching your own personal PNR.

Now it is time to put your knowledge to the test by attempting to ride your first edge. You will need 20-30 minutes of privacy to complete this practical exercise.

1) Remove your clothing, including knickers. Lie down on your back, feet together and knees apart.

2) Stimulate yourself until you are wet and aroused. While you do, be attentive to and feel every sensation in your body
(especially in your pelvic floor).

3) Once you’re aroused, using the three middle fingers of your dominant hand (the one you usually use for masturbation) rub your clitoris in circles. Use the speed and amount of firmness that feels best.

4) When you feel you’re getting close to your PNR,
start using the tips provided in the infographic to reduce your arousal rate and avoid orgasm. Experiment and learn which techniques work best for you. Breath control is always going to help, so consciously focus on taking those long six-count inhales and exhales instead of allowing your breathing to default to the rapid, shallow variety that always accompanies an increased heart rate.

5) While you focus on slow deep breathing, continue to monitor and feel
every sensation in your body. Be a big girl, face
your sensations, feel them fully – don’t run away from them. Take responsibility for avoiding orgasm.

6) Once you are edging, try to stay close to the brink. Do your best to continue the stimulation, but take advantage of all the tools you have been given to avoid climax. Pause the stimulation from time to time and then start again if you must to avoid coming.

7) After 20 minutes of edging, stop, put your clothes back on and do something else.

Congratulations, you have completed a session of basic edge riding.

Lecture 2: Fundamentals of Edging

education program. We’re so pleased you have joined us. This is the second
lecture in our introductory course series where today we will be covering the
fundamentals of edging, a skill every young woman should learn. If you enrolled
late and missed the introduction and first lecture, you can find it here.

The greatest experience of sexual pleasure is not just about
the genitals. It is about learning how to play with erotic energy. Edging is one
great way to play with erotic energy and experience heightened sexual pleasure.

For those of you who may not be completely familiar with
the concept, edging is the act of bringing yourself to the very brink (or edge)
of orgasm and then pulling back without climaxing. Once you’ve calmed down just
enough to be able to continue without climaxing, you do it all again, often
repeatedly. It’s all about coming very close and then pulling back. It’s all
about heightened arousal, anticipation, waiting, the promise of more, and
building an almost irresistible yearning to orgasm.

Edging is a part of the activity orgasm denial, which has
its roots in BDSM power play. But it is not necessary to be a BDSM practitioner
to indulge in and enjoy the benefits of edging. Edging is a sex trend on the
rise that has been gaining traction in recent times with people of all genders,
even among those solidly a part of the vanilla community. While it is
impossible to say with certainty where or when the idea of edging originated, the
technique has long been a part of the ancient Eastern practice of Tantric sex.

While edging can involve a sexual partner, you can edge
yourself during solo play as a means of making masturbation more exciting and
pleasurable. Edging during masturbation and delaying climax typically produces

Even if you have never tried edging but you have had

multi-faceted.

  • Edging has been shown to deepen your internal connection.
  • Edging empowers and thrills because it allows you to pass
    sexual norms that many seem to be stuck on.
  • Learning to hold off your orgasm through edging, allows you
    to gain control over that very strong biological urge, and prolongs a sexual
    experience.
  • Edging helps you focus your attention on the experience
    rather than simply an end goal, climax.
  • Edging often produces better orgasms, often even the
    earth-shattering variety.
  • When you practice edging over an extended period of time; a
    few days, a week, or longer, and don’t orgasm you experience significantly
    heightened and near continuous arousal. Your literally extend the Plateau phase
    of the female sexual response cycle. After an extended period of edging, many
    of students have reported that they remained almost constantly wet and aroused.
  • For our submissive students, regular edging nearly always
    deepens their submissive mindset.

Learning to Edge

You approach a solo edging session in the very same way you
already approach any masturbation session.
In other words, you don’t just go straight into trying to edge. You need
to warm up first. Look at naughty images, read some erotica, watch some porn,
and then start touching yourself just as you usually do when masturbating. Become
aroused, make sure you’re wet, then slowly build up the tension and pleasure.

In order to edge effectively, you need to test yourself to learn
where your point of no return (PNR) is, the point where orgasm becomes inevitable
and you cannot do anything to stop it from occurring.

I cannot simply describe to you how it feels to be on the
edge of orgasm, just short of the PNR. Everyone is different. Some take longer
than others to come while masturbating. Naturally some take longer to
edge. Generally, when you do a series of edges, once you edge the first time
the subsequent edges come much easier and faster. The only way to find your own
PNR is to spend time with your hand inside your panties practicing, and learning
to read how your body is responding to the stimulation.

As you may recall from the first lecture, there are some
physiological signs to look for that will help you gauge how close you are
getting to orgasm while edging.

  • Breathing becomes fast and shallow.
  • The body tenses, you feel a compulsion to contract lower
    body muscles.
  • You start to desire and need more stimulation; faster,
    stronger stimulation.
  • You start to tune everything else out and to focus almost
    exclusively on your genitals.
  • You find it increasingly harder to consider stopping the
    stimulation because your body and your pussy demand attention.
  • You feel the beginnings of the urge to cum.
  • All of these are signs that you have hit, or at least are
    very close to the point of no return.

How Often to Edge

As you learned during the first lecture, our primary mission here at TD Academy is
to produce young female graduates who are perpetually aroused, always wet, and continuously ready for sex. As a part of achieving that vital goal, we require all our
students to masturbate 20 minutes daily and to edge themselves multiple times
during those sessions.

Of course, like most institutions for young women, we
have our share of over achievers. Many of our resident students enjoy spending much of
their free time with their hands in their panties edging away. Of course we
encourage that here at TD Academy.

No worries though. As freshmen distance education students you
won’t be expected to meet our standards for resident students right away. Our
expectation is that you will masturbate until you have edged 3 times, three days per week to start.
After that, you will add another day of masturbation and edging each week
thereafter until you are on the same 7-day per week, 20 minutes per day schedule as the resident
student body. You will start to notice a difference in your control over your
orgasm and the heightened sexual feelings that goes along with it quite soon.

First Edging

For those of you who have never tried edging or perhaps
haven’t been very successful with it in the past, here are a few pointers that should help
you.

Once you are aroused, wet, and ready to masturbate, rub your clit until
you start to approach the edge of release. Then stop, because as you recall
from earlier, learning exactly where your personal PNR is can be a bit tricky. Move
your hand away from your pussy, and take some deep breaths. Once you feel your
arousal retreating a bit, start rubbing again.

This time, try to get just a
little closer to the edge. Then stop. Continue in this fashion, taking
yourself a little closer to the edge each time. When you get to a point where
you feel you will come if you continue, you will have found your PNR and
edging stopping point. Simply masturbate to that point each time thereafter.

Advanced Techniques

In the next lecture, “Advanced Edging,” you will
learn some advanced techniques that will help you become a more competent, confident,
and effective edger. Among others, one technique you will learn is how to
“ride” an edge. That means reaching the edge and then lingering there
from several minutes or even up to several hours without climaxing.

Let’s look at a demonstration.

Meet Jasmine, one of our resident students, and a very accomplished edger. She is one of the over

Actually,
the title of today’s module is quite appropriate. It dovetails nicely with the
motto of our institution, “Semper Erectus.” For the non-Latin speakers
in our audience, the translation is “always aroused.”
The focus of our entire curriculum here at TD Academy for Girls is making that
motto a reality in the lives of each and every one of our students and future
alumni.

Without
further ado, let’s get to today’s lecture. Don’t worry about taking notes as
this is only an introductory class and you will not be tested on this material.
However, instead of a quiz, we will have
a short practical exercise at the end which I’m confident you will all enjoy.  

Everyone
is always talking orgasm. How to have stronger ones, how to have more of them. How
to get to that place many mistakenly regard
as the holy grail of sexual bliss, the full body orgasm. Just go to Amazon. Do
a search using “orgasm” as the keyword.
You will see hundreds of books that will all promise to get you there.

Sadly, achieving
orgasm is what the modern girl is taught to believe is the answer to getting
what she wants when it comes to sexual pleasure. The orgasm has become like the
merit badge of sex for girls today, proof positive that they are functioning sexual
beings.

The truth
is, learning to orgasm or how to have more intense ones is not what girls need.
What they do need is to learn how to turn on their erotic engines. That
powerhouse engine is not fueled by orgasms, it is fueled by arousal. Arousal that oft-overlooked
and ever unappreciated state that should be experienced perpetually by every female.

Constant
arousal is the cornerstone of achieving authentic pleasure and lasting sexual fulfillment.
That ladies is the true holy grail of genuine female self-actualization in the
sexual sense. If you relegate arousal to some second-class
state that lasts only a few minutes or at best a single day, regarding it as a
mere stepping stone to the real objective, achieving orgasm, chances are you
are not experiencing the true joy and fulfillment of womanhood.

When you
learn to concentrate on sexual arousal, not orgasm, it will feel like sexual
activation or even excitement. At its best, it’s a full body experience. It
most commonly occurs first in the mind
with thoughts of sexual desire and then is felt in the body. In a state of
sexual arousal, most of you actually go
through several different physiological changes as your body and mind begin to
awaken.

When women
are aroused, they begin to feel their
nipples and vulva engorge along with the natural vaginal lubrication, that
noticeable wetness between the legs.

Sexual
arousal has several stages and various physiological and mental manifestations.
The Female Sexual Response Cycle has four distinct phases:

  • Phase 1:
    Excitement
  • Phase 2:
    Plateau
  • Phase 3:
    Orgasm
  • Phase 4:
    Resolution

Sexual
arousal first appears in the Excitement phase and becomes more pronounced
during the Plateau phase.

Sexual
arousal need not lead to any actual sexual activity at all, beyond a mental
arousal and the physiological changes that accompany it. In fact, here at TD Academy, our position is that females should
very seldom if ever enter the Orgasm or Resolution phases. That we believe is
actually quite counter-productive.

Sexual
arousal is the most overlooked part of the female sexual experience. It should
never be regarded as a limited experience, as simply a bridge to some mythical
higher and better experience like an orgasm.

Sexual
arousal for the female can be compared to turning on a shower faucet and
waiting for the water to reach the proper temperature before you get in. If the
water doesn’t get hot, the shower invariably is not a pleasant experience. This
feeling of sexual activation can blossom and affect how you experience the rest
of your day. It’s this feeling of heat that can keep your daily lives feeling juiced
so that you be at your best and most productive.

The
problem is that only the rare woman truly understands the power of her own
arousal and how to access and maintain its magical powers to enhance every part
of her life.

Consider
the potential of sexual arousal to fuel self-transformation. This is what most
women are really seeking when they rush through arousal in pursuit of a quick
orgasm. They want more, and somehow they sense
that it’s there – in their own bodies. Perhaps they have seen it in other women.
The French refer to it as “je ne sais quoi” – a woman who sparkles from within.
Young women often come here to TD Academy seeking to learn how to achieve that
aura. They want to know how because they
want that feeling in their own bodies.

Our theories
on the proper expression of female sexuality and our methods here at TD Academy
are somewhat controversial. They are either met with wild adulation or bitter
criticism. Still, we believe our message
is compelling. When the circuit, in physiological terms, of a dopamine-oxytocin-opiate
loop, remains intact and uninterrupted, a
woman is in a state of genuine well-being: capable, confident and sexy. She
knows how to access arousal and run with it through her day.

Orgasm
short-circuits that loop and when that loop is disrupted, severed, shamed, or
abused, women numb out. They get depressed, anxious, experience low libido, and
dare I say it, suffer “hysteria.” That last point,
in fact, has been widely understood by the medical community since
Victorian times.

While our
analysis may be hotly contested by some, particularly within the Feminist
community, we unapologetically maintain that the female genitals exist for one singular
purpose, to provide sexual pleasure to men. Of course,
feminists disagree and hurl the accusation that we are misogynists, bigots
produced by an unfair patriarchal system that exploits women by using them for
sex. Nothing could be further from the real truth. It isn’t bigotry, but simple
biology.

Note if
you will that the vagina is a natural receptacle,
an absolute, perfectly formed Tab B awaiting the insertion of a complimentary

A penis
of course. An external intromittent organ perfectly suited for penetration, in

As this last slide
authoritatively demonstrates, the penis is by evolutionary design the perfect tool
for penetrating the vagina. By inference, elementary biology suggests quite vigorously
that vaginas exist primarily to provide sexual pleasure to the males of our
species via copulation with females. No other human appendage is capable of providing
the overpowering feeling of fullness females
experience when being penetrated by a penis. The human fingers are far
too small. The hand far too large, well except in those cases involving the
most accommodating of women who enjoy a bit of fisting action from time to
time.

Sure, the
feminists reject all that as patriarchal propaganda. They attempt to muddy the
waters of debate by interjecting the existence of strap-on dildos. But what is a dildo? Isn’t it nothing more than an
artificial penis?

Physical
representations of the phallus have been around for almost as long as there
have been penises. Whether for fashion, decor, worship
or for fun, dildos are a part, albeit a relatively recent part, of human
history.

The
oldest known dildo recovered by paleontologists only dates back to the
Paleolithic era. Thus, unimpeachable scientific evidence exists that the vagina
and the penis have been around far longer than dildos. Sorry feminists, but we
here at TD Academy have real science on our side. Check and checkmate.

There is, of course, no problem with females using
dildos to penetrate themselves to affect and enjoy arousal when there is no
penis available or penis owner to be pleasured. We know that both male and
female Romans and Greeks used dildos for pleasure. In the history of ancient
Greece, there exists an account of Greek women discussing using and sharing

Before we
conclude the lecture with the practical exercise I mentioned at the beginning,
allow me to give you the recipe for that secret sauce once again – it’s all
about being able to keep yourself in a constant state of sexual arousal. Learn
to harness that hotbed of energy, and you
will be able to apply it to help you reach your full potential.

As Naomi
Wolf brings out in her recent book, women who are sexually activated – who are
living in their arousal – are more creative and productive. Sexual arousal for
women is never to be a limited experience – it is intended to be a full-time experience.

For many
years there has existed this false notion that orgasm offers women a transcendental
experience (a meeting with one’s true self). But the truth is, for women,
having regular orgasms actually involves a loss or absence of self. Staying
constantly aroused through teasing and denial and providing sexual pleasure to
others is the only real pathway to maximizing your true potential as a woman. It’s high time to talk less about orgasms and
support women who find themselves disconnected from constant arousal, the essential
and overlooked perfect state of being. It
is for that purpose TD Academy for Girls exists. We want to change the paradigm
when it comes to female sexual pleasure.

You may
have been exposed to all this way back during sex-ed class in school. But as a
refresher, let’s take a brief look at the Female Sexual Response Cycle.

Phase 1:
Excitement

General
characteristics:

  • Muscle
    tension increases.
  • Heart
    rate quickens, and breathing is
    accelerated.
  • The skin may become flushed (blotches of redness appear on the
    chest and back).
  • Nipples
    become hardened or erect.
  • Blood
    flow to the genitals increases, resulting in swelling of the woman’s clitoris
    and labia minora (inner lips).
  • Vaginal
    lubrication begins.
  • The
    woman’s breasts become fuller, and the
    vaginal walls begin to swell.

Phase 2:
Plateau

General
characteristics: (Extends to the brink or orgasm)

  • The
    changes begun in phase 1 are intensified.
  • The
    vagina continues to swell from increased blood flow, and the vaginal walls turn
    a dark purple.
  • The
    woman’s clitoris becomes highly sensitive (may even be painful to touch) and
    retracts under the clitoral hood to avoid direct stimulation from the penis.
  • Breathing,
    heart rate, and blood pressure continue to increase.
  • Muscle
    spasms may begin in the feet, face, and hands.
  • Muscle
    tension increases.

Phase 3:
Orgasm

The
orgasm is the climax of the sexual response cycle. It is the shortest of the
phases and generally lasts only a few seconds. General characteristics of this
phase include the following:

  • Involuntary
    muscle contractions begin.
  • Blood pressure,
    heart rate, and breathing are at their highest rates, with a rapid intake of
    oxygen.
  • Muscles
    in the feet spasm.
  • There is
    a sudden, forceful release of sexual tension.
  • The muscles of the vagina contract. The uterus also undergoes rhythmic
    contractions.
  • A rash,
    or “sex flush” may appear over the genitals and in some cases, the
    entire body.

Phase 4:
Resolution

During resolution,
the body slowly returns to its normal level of functioning
and swelled, and erect body parts return
to their previous size and color. This phase is marked by a general sense of
well-being, enhanced intimacy and, often, fatigue. Some women are capable of a
rapid return to the orgasm phase with further sexual stimulation and may
experience multiple orgasms.

As
mentioned, Olivia is one of our newest students. This video was shot shortly
after the beginning of the term, and she didn’t
quite have a handle on edging yet. In the video,
she takes things a step too far each time and can’t avoid climaxing. But Olivia
is a hard worker, and she believes in our
system. Thanks to our dedicated staff of tutors, she has shown some rather remarkable
improvement with edging in recent weeks.

Practical
Exercise

You’ve heard
the lecture, and you had a little peek into Olivia’s female sexual response cycle.
I’m sure you noticed how quickly she moved through the first two phases and
into the Orgasm phase. Unfortunately, that is how it is with all the girls when
they first come to us. But our methods and techniques can quickly get a girl
turned around and on course to becoming the continuously aroused, wet mess that
all girls should strive to become.

I imagine
that during the film you picked up on a few of the more prominent female sexual
response cycle symptoms. For example, you
may have noticed how fast and shallow Olivia’s breathing became as she moved
toward the edge. Her hard, erect nipples were,
of course, a dead giveaway, as was the flushing around her puffy vulva
once her genitals became engorged with blood. Now it’s your turn.

Go ahead
and take off your clothing. It’s your turn to masturbate now and to see how
many of the female sexual response cycle characteristics you notice in yourself
as you move through the phases.

This is a
bit of a treat for you since I am going
to give you permission to continue fingering yourself and rubbing your clit
until you reach orgasm. Orgasms are frankly not something you will be
experiencing very often while enrolled at TD Academy. Hopefully, you learned
from the lecture why we believe less is more when it comes to orgasms for our
female students. On a positive note, we are confident when you are allowed to
orgasm you will find them far more intense than what you may be accustomed to.

What I
want you to do is to get comfortable and to masturbate for the next 20 minutes.
Start with your legs tightly together. Using the tip of your middle finger,
lightly stroke that part of your clitoral shaft with soft wiggly strokes that
is accessible with your legs closed. Don’t press down at all. Just brush the
surface of the skin. After spending several minutes with the closed legs
teasing, keep your feet together but bend your knees a little and spread your
thighs wide open.

Now your
vulva is totally exposed with nothing to prevent you from getting
right down to touching the way you really want to. But not yet. Don’t allow
yourself to change to a more pleasing stroke just yet. Continue softy, and
gently stroking your clitoral shaft as you’ve been doing. Don’t venture to
touch your sensitive clitoral glans just yet. Just continue to tease. You will likely be
noticeably wet by this point, but ignore your open wet vulva, in all its
swollen glory and begging for your attention.

Keep
teasing until you feel your PC muscles start contracting to try and compensate
for the stimulation your pussy really wants, but that you are depriving it of.
Wait until you just can’t stand it a moment longer, then count down slowly from
10.

When you reach zero, go ahead and plunge yourself into masturbating in
earnest. But don’t rush. Rub your clit in some slow, light and small dime-sized
circles. After 20 slow, light circles, spoil your clit with 10 fast, firm
circles. Then back to 20, slow, light as a feather circles before another 10
fast, firm ones. If like Olivia, you really enjoy penetration, using your other
hand, you can thrust a finger or two in and out of your vagina while you continue
rubbing your clit, alternating those 20 slow, light circles with 10 fast, firm
circles.

Keep
doing that until you are right on the edge of orgasm. That shouldn’t happen too
quickly because alternating the slow circles with the fast ones should draw
things out. But, that’s okay because when you finally get to the edge then you
can change gears and start rubbing your clit just the way you like it. Keep
going until you tip over the edge and enjoy what should be a very intense
climax. You are allowed to cum today because it is important for you to experience
all 4 phases of your own unique female sexual response cycle.

Try to pay
attention to your body and the physiological changes that occur as you move
through the phases. Learning to identify these arousal markers will be a great
help to you during the next lecture, “Fundamentals of Edging.”

Edging is
a skill that demands lots of practice. It just doesn’t come as easy to some
girls as others. But rest assured that over the course of your studies here at
TD Academy, you will get plenty of edging practice. In no time at all, you will be able to successfully linger on edge for hours at a time without
climaxing.
